Thank you for choosing HydroGenWell! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Please review our return and refund policy below:
Returns:
- Returns are not accepted due
- Grocery items (including smart water items) are not returnable to HydroGenWell but may be refunded or replaced.
- See About Spilled or Damaged on website for information on requesting a refund.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hydrogenwell@gmail.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Restocking Fee:
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all eligible returns.
- The restocking fee helps cover the cost of processing and handling returns.
Final Sale Items:
- Some items are marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return. This includes the 10acity Hydrogen Water product.
- Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or arrange for a replacement.
